Integrating both short-term solution focused therapy and depth-oriented long-term treatment, Alison helps individuals and couples heal from crisis situations or long standing personal difficulties. Her experience in personal coaching helps individuals identify and attain personal goals with greater accountability. Her experience as a Yoga therapist (www.yogatherapi.com), as well as with body-oriented/somatic psychology, creative and therapeutic movement, and mindfulness living practices also contribute to her expertise as a psychotherapist. With a holistic vision, Alison encourages balance and general well-being in all areas of living, including heath, nutrition, exercise, finance, social and spiritual practice.
